Payment and Shipping

Conditions

Delivery is made within Germany and to the following country: Austria.


Shipping Costs

(All prices include VAT)

  • Shipping is free within Germany for orders with a value of €100 or more.
  • For orders within Germany below €100 and all international deliveries (regardless of order value), shipping costs apply.

Delivery Times

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, delivery within Germany takes place within 5-7 working days after the conclusion of the contract (for prepayment, after receipt of payment).

Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.

If you order items with different delivery times, we will ship them in a single package unless otherwise agreed. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time in your order.

Returns/Returns Policy

How to Return Your Order

  1. First, send us an email at retoure@blissandbold.de. Please include the reason for the return, your order number, and the article number of the item(s) to be returned (found on the hangtags).
    (Note: This email address is not for general inquiries.)

  2. Returns are at your own expense, both within and outside Germany.

    You can process the return at a parcel shop of your choice or create your shipping label online, e.g., via DHL: HERE.

    Make sure to remove or obscure the original shipping label, e.g., using a black marker.

  3. After your return arrives, it will be inspected.

  4. Upon successful inspection, the amount will be refunded within 14 working days.

IMPORTANT: Packages sent without prior email notification and without a visible sender may experience delays or may not be processed at all. In such cases, a refund cannot be issued. Therefore, it is important to register your return via email and clearly label the package with the sender's details. Make sure the name in the email matches the sender's name and the name under which the original order was placed.


Return Guidelines

You may return your items within 14 days of receiving the shipment if the following conditions are met:

  • The items must be unworn and in their original condition.
  • Tags/hangtags must not have been removed.

Note: If your return does not comply with our guidelines, we will notify you via email about the next steps.
