Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

(A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly not attributable to their commercial or self-employed professional activity.)


Withdrawal Instructions

Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day:

  • you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, take possession of the goods, provided you ordered one or more goods in a single order and they are delivered together;
  • you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, take possession of the last good, provided you ordered multiple goods in a single order that are delivered separately.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Randa Weiser UG, Uhlandstraße 20-25, 10623 Berlin, Tel.: +49 151 12722358, Email: support@blissandbold.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear declaration (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication regarding your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.


Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to Logistik Center Rheinland, Heidestr. 5, 53340 Meckenheim without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.


Exclusions or Premature Expiration of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:

  • for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual choice or decision by the consumer is decisive, or that are clearly tailored to the consumer's personal needs;
  • for the delivery of goods that can perish quickly or whose expiration date would quickly be exceeded;
  • for the delivery of alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed upon at the conclusion of the contract but which can only be delivered at the earliest 30 days after the conclusion of the contract and whose current value depends on market fluctuations beyond the entrepreneur's control;
  • for the delivery of newspapers, periodicals, or magazines, except for subscription contracts.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts:

  • for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal was removed after delivery;
  • for the delivery of goods that are inseparably mixed with other goods due to their nature after delivery;
  • for the delivery of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package if the seal was removed after delivery.

Returns and Refund Policy

How to Return Your Order

  1. First, email us at retoure@blissandbold.de. Provide the reason for the return, your order number, and the article number of the item to be returned (found on the hangtags). (Please note: This email address is not for answering general questions!)
  2. Returns within and outside Germany are at your own expense.
  3. You can return the package through your preferred parcel shop or create a shipping label online, e.g., via DHL: HERE.

Make sure to remove or obscure the original shipping label, for instance, with a black marker.

  1. After your return is received, it will be inspected.
  2. Upon successful inspection, the refund will be issued within 14 working days.

IMPORTANT: Packages sent without prior email notification and without a sender address may experience delayed processing or may not be processed at all. In such cases, a refund may not be possible. Therefore, ensure that the return is registered online via email and the sender’s name is clearly marked on the package. Ensure the name in the email matches the sender's name and corresponds with the name under which the order was originally placed.


Return Policy

You may return items within 14 days of receiving your shipment if the following conditions are met:

  • Items must be unworn and in their original condition.
  • The tags/hangtags must not have been removed.

Note: If your return does not meet our guidelines, we will notify you via email regarding the next steps.
